ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Kitchen Production Supervisor to supervise the daily food production department within Longleat. The role will be crucial to support the kitchen production manager in the delivery of high quality food consistently and maintaining a required high standard of cleanliness and presentation of all food and beverage production areas.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skill, creativity and a passion for food together the ability to prioritise, organise and manage a team are essential along with an in depth understanding of all statutory hygiene and food safety requirements.
A level 2 Food Hygiene, Level 3 Diploma in professional Cookery (city & Guilds or ASET or Equivalent) as well as least 2 years’ experience in a kitchen environment are essential to this role. First Aid, COSHH and a good level of IT skills and proficiency would also be desirable.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a full time role, working 39 hours over 5 out of 7 days. The hours of work will vary according to business needs and seasonal demand due to the nature of our business. A degree of flexibility is required including some weekend, evening and bank holiday working.
