What will this role of Membership Administrator entail?

Working closely with the Accounts Department and the Guest Services Team, as a Membership Administrator you will use our EPOS membership software to manage the Direct Debit (DD) failures and cancellations of our membership customers. Your duties will include, although not be limited to:
  • Contacting customers to resolve issues and recording detailed notes on customer files of all actions taken
  • Liaising with the Accounts Team with failure amounts and membership income reconciliation
  • Producing reports detailing membership cancellations
  • Building strong relationships with customers, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the Guest Services Team with telephone enquiries and membership sales
What will I need to be considered for this Membership Administrator vacancy?
  • Proven office based administration experience within a customer focused environment
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong verbal and written ability
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A personable nature with the ability to show empathy towards customers
Although not essential, previous experience working within a visitor attraction environment would be advantageous for this role.

What will I receive in return?

As a Membership Administrator you will receive a salary of (GBP) 16,500 to (GBP) 19,000, in addition to a range of attractive benefits that include; 29 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, complimentary tickets to Longleat and Cheddar Gorge and Caves, discounts on food and beverages and retail merchandise, along with life assurance cover and more perks.

Contract: Permanent, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

Location: Longleat (Warminster, Wiltshire).
