ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary focus of this role will be to carry out all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled general maintenance on the Leisure Park. You will ensure that all work undertaken is within relevant legislation, guidelines and code of practice, and that all procedures are adhered to. In addition you are part of an estates team that is involved in all aspects of buildings / property maintenance and on occasions you may also need to work with the engineering team in respect of the rides & attractions.

Our ideal candidate must hold relevant technical qualifications and have a proven working background working on property maintenance. Experience in carpentry or plumbing, or similar would be desirable, however, this is a generalist position and the successful candidate must have a broad range of skills and experience including a high level of building and estate maintenance.
Our ideal candidate is a real team player able to deliver excellent levels of customer service. Good at developing sound working relationships as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with our guests and colleagues are essential to this role.
HOURS OF WORK
This role is available on a fixed term basis working 40 hours a week 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. In addition you will be on call at any time to assist with emergencies. Start and finish times will vary in accordance with park opening times.
