ABOUT THE ROLE
Homewood Park Hotel & Spa are looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen function to achieve the highest standards of food production. The Restaurant serves the finest in modern English cuisine and is one of the most popular restaurants in Bath. This superb award winning and locally acclaimed Bath restaurant, is famed for the technique, flair and imagination of the dishes.
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products. You will take an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen striving to improve quality standards, profitability, staff development and retention.
HOURS OF WORK AND PAY
This is a full time permanent position working minimum of 48 hours a week 5 days out of 7. We are offering a competitive salary.
