ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Attractions Assistants deliver an efficient, cheerful and courteous service to our guests across our range of attractions. General duties include supporting queue management, taking admissions tickets, and playing an active role in delivering some key guest experiences at Longleat.
You'll be a natural at talking and engaging with people, and you'll be in your element greeting and getting into conversations with our guests. You'll thrive in a busy environment, have bags of initiative and be able to think on your feet. You will ensure the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional service to our guests. You will be working as part of a busy, hard-working and fun loving team.
We would love to hear from you if you have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. Our team are knowledgeable on our site and also the products we sell, and will go out of their way to help guests. Our team members really make a big difference on our guests’ day. Ideally you will be able to work well in busy times, and will be happy to work in any of the attractions across the park. We want you to be able to give great service to our guests, and we’ll give you full training to do so.

HOURS OF WORK
All types of hours are available on a zero hours Fixed Term contracts basis, starting in May and throughout the season until January 2019. We can offer hours on full or part time rotas, with weekend and bank holiday working essential due to the nature of our business.
We pay #7.40 per hour for employees who are 18 to 24 years old, we also pay National Living Wage of #7.85 for those ages over 25.
