What will this role of Guest Services Supervisor entail?

As the Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll take a hands approach to operationally managing all elements of the guest services provided within Longleat, with guest satisfaction as a key focus. Your duties will include although not be limited to:
  • Supporting the development and implementation of operational plans to maximise profit performance, enhance guest experience and guest satisfaction scores
  • Managing responses to guest enquiries or complaints received across all platforms including social media, developing and overseeing guest feedback procedures
  • Reviewing guest feedback and visitor surveys to continuously improve the service
  • Managing the Guest Services Team including recruitment, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching and discipline as required
  • Ensuring effective administration is in place for schools, events and group bookings
  • Handling cash and other payments as needed

  • Proven managerial experience gained within a fast-paced customer service environment

What will I receive in return?

As the Guest Services Supervisor, you will receive a salary of circa (GBP) 20,000, level dependent on experience and qualifications, in addition to a range of attractive benefits that include; 29 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, complimentary tickets to Longleat and Cheddar Gorge, discounts on food and beverages and retail merchandise, along with life assurance cover and more perks.

Contract: Permanent, working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 hours – earliest rota’d start time from 9am, and latest finish time up to 8pm. Please note, due to the nature of the business evenings and weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.

Location: Longleat (Warminster)
