ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Our award winning gastro pub is looking for a Receptionist to join the team. This position is responsible for reserving guest accommodation, check in and check out of guest accommodation, telephone handling, money transactions, and liaising with all departments to ensure all guests receive great service during their stay with us.

 

ABOUT YOU
You will be someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional guest care, willing to support colleagues and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. A good degree of computer literacy is required and previous receptionist experience is desirable.

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

This role is available on a casual basis, working various hours to include evenings and weekends given the nature of our business.
