ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Guest Engagement Team Members to join our busy team to deliver excellent front-line customer service support. You will ensure an efficient, cheerful and courteous service is given to our guests in responding to all queries in person, via email or telephone to ensure they have the best experience possible whilst visiting Longleat. You will ensure the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention.
We want you to be able to give great service to our guests, and we’ll give you full training to do so.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service environment with a positive attitude and outgoing and confident personality. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and a clear telephone manner. You will be able to work in a team and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Our team members really make a big difference on our guests’ day. Ideally you will be able to work well in busy times, and will be happy to work in any of the guest engagement or arrival teams across the park.

HOURS OF WORK
One of the great things about working for us is that we can offer hours to suit, including up to full-time hours and weekend shifts.
Our contracts are on a fixed term basis, working on a 7 day rota including weekend working with earliest rota’d start time form 9.00am and latest finish time of up to 10.00pm. Positions available from Mid-July to September 2018, working throughout our busy summer period and beyond.
We are offering competitive rates of pay, starting at 7.40 per hour for employee’s ages over 18, rising to 7.85 for employees aged over 25.
