We have opened a brand new restaurant in our Food & Beverage Department. The multi-unit Food & Beverage Department caters for approximately 8000 guests per day during peak months and consists of a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and fast food kiosks offering a variety of cuisines from stone baked pizza to fresh hot donuts!
If you join our F&B team from 21st July 2018, we will pay all employees under 18 #6.50 per hour, an increased rate of pay for the summer season!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Food & Beverage Team Members deliver an efficient, cheerful and courteous service to our guests across a variety of food outlets. General duties include taking guest orders at tills and handling the payment, serving orders, replenishing stock levels, completing any paperwork in line with departmental procedures, and working as part of the busy team to ensure the unit provides great service in a timely fashion.
You will ensure the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention, whilst upselling items.
We want you to be able to give great service to our guests, and we’ll give you full training to do so.
We would love to hear from you if you have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. Our team are knowledgeable on our site and also the products we sell, and will go out of their way to help guests. Our team members really make a big difference on our guests’ day. Ideally you will be able to work well in busy times, and will be happy to work in any of the Food Service outlets across the park.

HOURS OF WORK
One of the great things about working for us is that we can offer hours to suit, including up to full-time hours and weekend shifts.
All our contracts are on a fixed term basis including weekend working with positions available from Mid-July to September, working throughout our busy summer period and beyond.
We are offering competitive rates of pay, starting at #7.40 per hour for employee’s ages over 18, rising to #7.85 for employees aged over 25. If you join our F&B team in July 2018, we will pay all employees under 18 #6.50 per hour, an increased rate of pay for the summer season!
