What will this role of HR Administrator entail?

Reporting to the HR Manager, as the HR Administrator you will provide high-quality administrative support for the fast-paced Human Resources department. As well as general office duties, you’ll maintain two high volume email inboxes, coordinate incoming paperwork and enquiries and ensure that all payroll instructions are inputted accurately and timely for the monthly payroll run.

You’ll get to support a variety of HR functions and have a varied workload, including administration of offer letters, reference checks, and ensuring HR databases are up to date.

What will I need to be considered for this HR Administrator vacancy?
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience of providing administrative support within a busy, fast paced office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with timely and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work to regular deadlines
  • Be an effective team player with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Working knowledge of databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A full UK driving licence
Although not essential, experience gained within the leisure, retail or hospitality industry would be highly advantageous.

Salary: (GBP) 18,000 to (GBP) 21,000, level dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Please note, due to the nature of the business evenings and weekend work will be required during peak activity, emergencies and public holidays.

Location: Longleat (Warminster, Wiltshire), with occasional travel to the Cheddar Gorge and Caves site in as and when required to support in ER issues.
