ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Event and Product Development Administrator will support the planning and delivery of Longleat’s corporate and commercial events, including key calendar projects such as our hugely popular Festival of Light.

 

Duties will include the coordination of project schedules and reporting, as well as organising resources and equipment to ensure all project's are delivered on time and safely. As well as Composing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and all legal compliance in regards to Health and Safety.

ABOUT YOU

 

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills in a fast paced and customer facing environment, ideally in a similar role within a leisure business. You will hold an industry recognised events or project management qualification, as well as experience the ability to apply information using factual and theoretical knowledge.

 

Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will have a high level of attention to detail alongside great time management skills, as well as a ‘Can Do’ attitude with initiative to deliver a memorable experience and outstanding guest service through events.

A full driving license is also an essential requirement of this role.

 

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

This role is available on fixed term basis of up to 12 months, working 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7. Must be flexible, able and willing to work extra hours to meet business demands. Weekend, evenings and bank holiday working as required.
