ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Retail Manager to join the team. The role will be be responsible for every aspect of the retail outlets and the retail warehouse, including driving sales, leading and managing teams to deliver departmental KPI’s and managing and merchandising stock to ensure excellent customer service standards are met at all times.

Our Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years demonstrable experiences in retail management as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With great attention to detail and commercial acumen, our ideal candidate will be able to lead and motivate a team to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced customer facing environment.
HOURS OF WORK
This position is available on permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. Working days will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays due to the nature of our business. Hours will vary from 8.30am until close (times vary throughout the season in accordance with park opening times).
