ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our busy team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the direct leadership of the team through daily tasks ensuring the team maintains exceptional standards of service, quality, hygiene, sales and operating procedures.
You will ensure the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention. You will supervise the delivery of service, ensuring team compliance in health and safety procedures, and all departmental operating procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role within a Food & Beverage or hospitality service operation is essential.
IEH approved level 3 supervising food safety or City and Guilds Level 3 in hospitality supervision & leadership or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, on a 5 out of 7 day rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays due to the nature of our business.
