Longleat Estate includes one of the UK’s most popular visitor attractions in the form of the Safari & Adventure Park. It features an extensive Safari Park, over 20 attractions and one of the most stunning stately homes in Britain.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to provide security for Longleat Adventure Park, during daytime hours but also including evenings.
The role will include patrolling the wider Longleat estate, interacting with the public with enquiries and directions and ensuring security arrangements for access to control is maintained.
The role will also include supporting the Duty Manager during incidents, as well as assisting the business with loss prevention and providing a security presence within guest facing areas as well as during any park related events.

We are seeking self-sufficient and customer focused candidates with strong communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problems as they arise. You will be able to have a friendly and supportive approach to resolving issues in a calm and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate would have experience gained in customer service in a public interfacing role, alongside experience within a security based role. A full valid UK, clean, driving licence is essential and an full up-to-date enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check (DBS) and clearance (to be undertaken prior to appointment). The ideal candidate will have a SIA license alongside a full valid UK driving license.
HOURS OF WORK
This role is available on fixed terms basis until 2nd September 2018, working 40 hours a week to include evenings and weekends given the nature of our business.
