What will this role of F&B Kitchen Assistant entail?

As a Food and Beverage Kitchen Assistant, you’ll be in the midst of the kitchen action and get to experience what it’s really like working in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen environment. You’ll prepare and cook high quality produce and maintain the cleanliness of food production work areas / equipment and utensils.

During peak months, the team can regularly cater for approximately 8000 guests per day across multiple units. Our Chameleon Tree restaurant and coffee house offers guests wholesome, contemporary comfort food to suit every taste in a welcoming environment that can cater for up to 420 people at any one time!

What will I need to be considered for this F&B Kitchen Assistant vacancy?

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, mature and friendly nature
  • Be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations
  • Flexible to work extra hours / weekends as required
Although not essential, previous experience within the hospitality industry in a fast-paced kitchen environment would be highly advantageous.

Fixed term zero-hour contracts available until 3rd January 2021, with working hours to vary on a 7-day rota basis – earliest rota’d start time from 8am, and latest finish time up to 7.30pm. Shorter fixed term contracts are also available.
