ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth daily running of service in our Restaurant, Lounge and Bar. You will be responsible for controlling liquor sales, and maintaining high standards of service, sales, communications and operating procedures.

ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a small team in a similar environment. Experience with stock control is an advantage, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service maintaining the highest standards.


HOURS OF WORK AND PAY

This is a full time, hands on permanent position working hours as required, 5 days out of 7 with weekend and bank holiday working essential.
