We are looking for a Food & Beverage Service Supervisor to ensure the smooth day to day operations of our multi-site operation. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will drive high standard of service and presentation across our catering outlets. You’ll be focused on achieving targets in speed of service and cleanliness, and will support in achieving sales targets, cost of sales and labour costs.

As a member of the Food & Beverage Service Supervisory team, you will supervise and have responsibility for a set cluster of outlets however you shall rotate across all unit clusters, being able to manage additional areas to cover annual leave and rest days as required.

Key duties include the daily deployment of a team of approximately 50 employees, ensure all operating procedures are completed to standard, and carrying out staff training and performance reviews.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a large team, with a keen interest in providing exceptional service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our Longleat brand, is reliable, professional and committed to driving standards.


A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a customer facing environment, with at least one year in the hospitality industry in a high volume or multi-site operation is essential to this role. A CIEH level 3 in Supervising Food Safety or equivalent and a City & Guilds Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership or equivalent is also required.




This is a fixed term contract for a period of up to 12 months, with working hours on a full time basis, working 39 hours over 5 days per week including weekends and evenings on a rota basis. The earliest shift start time is 9.00am and the latest finish time is 8.30pm. Hours of work will vary according to business needs and seasonal demand.
