With almost 1 million visitors every year, we are passionate about providing wondrous and immersive experiences that lead to lifelong memories. Despite our established reputation, we constantly strive to educate, excite and inspire our guests – from hosting the UK’s largest ever hot air balloon gathering, to celebrating our Festival of Light; the first and biggest event of its kind in the UK, with a total of 3,000 spectacular Chinese lanterns transforming the night-time sky.
With so much on offer, it’s no surprise that guests to the park can work up quite an appetite – fortunately, the dedicated Food and Beverage Team are always on hand to deliver an amazing service and an exciting variety of food and beverages. During peak months, the team can regularly cater for approximately 8000 guests per day across multiple units. The recently opened 1.5m (GBP) ‘Chameleon Tree’ restaurant and coffee house offers guests wholesome, contemporary comfort food to suit every taste in a welcoming environment that can cater for up to 420 people at any one time!
What will this role of Food and Beverage Supervisor entail?
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will train, develop and oversee the food service team throughout all service areas, going above and beyond to ensure a first-class and efficient service is consistently provided to all guests.
You will prepare all dining areas to meet variable demands, keeping the cleanliness to an exceptional standard at all times. You will also store supplies and undertake regular stock checks, ensuring that all stock is rotated and waste is kept to a minimum.
What will I need to be considered for this Food and Beverage Supervisor vacancy?
- Proven experience supervising a customer facing service team

What will I receive in return?
Salary: 18,000 (GBP) to 21,500 (GBP) per annum, level dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7. Start and finish times will vary in accordance with Park opening times.
Please note, due to the nature of the business evenings and weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.
