Longleat Estate includes one of the UK’s most popular visitor attractions in the form of the Safari & Adventure Park. It features an extensive Safari Park, over 20 attractions and one of the most stunning stately homes in Britain.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Guest Engagement Team Members to join our busy team to deliver excellent front-line customer service support. You will ensure an efficient, cheerful and courteous service is given to our guests in responding to all queries in person, via email or telephone to ensure they have the best experience possible whilst visiting Longleat.
You will ensure the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention.
We are looking for Guest Engagement Team Members to join our busy team to deliver excellent front-line customer service support. You’ll be able to give an efficient, cheerful and courteous service to our guests. You’ll be responding to all guest queries in person, via email or telephone to ensure they have the best experience possible whilst visiting Longleat. You shall also be responding to guests via our social media channels. Full training shall be provided.
HOURS OF WORK
Working hours will vary on a 7 day rota basis and will include weekend and bank holiday working due to the nature of our business. Earliest rota’d start time from 9.00am and latest finish time up to 10.00pm. This role is available on a fixed term zero hours contract until January 2019.
