Our current design team require some extra support for a period of a minimum of 3 months due to increased workloads. We are looking for a really creative and energetic graphic designer to join the team to help us deliver even better marketing campaigns – the main focus of these will be onsite but with some external campaigns, such as press advertising and outdoor media.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits within the marketing team, as we have a constant need for fast turnaround but high quality creative work. This role will help deliver high quality, integrated creative campaigns and marketing materials as well as oversee creative concept work executed by external agencies – your role will act as our brand governor for both on and offline media.
This role will be responsible for liaising with departmental contacts across the business, ensuring excellent execution of the new brand logo as well as working with product design and operations teams on content creative, operational materials, event and retail products
A key aspect of this role is to contribute to Longleat Enterprises' creative strategy and planning, including to help ensure the most cost effective production of marcomms literature, onsite comms and onsite campaigns, as well as being involved in external and above the line work.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with substantial experience in a similar graphic design role either agency or client-side. You will already be at the midweight level, with plenty of ideas coupled with strong end to end skills, right through to artworking, and you will have solid print-process knowledge. You will also have already been used to lots of responsibility, and have a folio with high quality creative and integrated campaign work.
HOURS OF WORK
This is an initial fixed term position for a minimum for 3 months. Working hours are typically 36.25 per week, Monday-Friday between 9.00am to 5.15pm. However, due to the nature of our business, working hours will be flexible including weekend and bank holiday working as required.
