Longleat Estate includes one of the UK’s most popular visitor attractions in the form of the Safari & Adventure Park. The wider Longleat Estate however consists of 10,000 acres of beautiful landscape with approximately 200 cottages, 10 farms, 3,500 acres of woodland, 2 reservoirs and everything in between! Our Property Department deals with all aspects of Estate Management both at Longleat and Cheddar Gorge.

 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are looking for a highly professional Residential Property Co-ordinator to take a lead role in the management of the Residential Property Portfolio and to assist with all aspects of the Let Residential Property

 

General duties include carrying out property inspections and checks, to arrange any maintenance required as appropriate. You will also be responsible for the relationship with new and existing tenants and working on behalf of the land lord in accordance with company procedures.

ABOUT YOU

 

GCSE grade C in English and Maths, or equivalent is essential. Due to the need to travel for appointments and meetings across the estate, a driving licence is required.

 

We are looking for someone with 2 years administrative and business support experience, with property management and record keeping skills. Residential lettings experience including ARLA is highly desirable.

 

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, where organisation, initiative and attention to detail are essential. With the ability to research, digest and present information clearly and concisely with excellent IT skills is important for this role, as well as the ability to work with a variety of people.

 

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

This role is available on a full time permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Bank holiday working is required, as is a degree of flexibility is required to support in evenings and weekends due to the nature of our business.
