An excellent opportunity has opened up for a Wedding Coordinator at our Country House Hotel, Homewood Park, located just on the outskirts of Bath. Homewood Park Hotel and Spa is set in 10 acres of mature parklands and award-winning gardens with gorgeous views over of the beautiful Limpley Stoke valley.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Wedding, Conference & Events Coordinator you will enjoy a busy and varied role by providing a high quality level of service by anticipating customer’s needs and always looking at ways to maximise sales.
Part of you role would be arranging and carry out show rounds with potential customers, making sure you are knowledgeable on what the venue can offer in order to meet the requirements of the customer for both corporate and leisure enquires and bookings.
We are looking for someone with great administration skills who loves providing great service and meeting and talking to new people. Out ideal candidate will be highly organised and accurate in everything they do.
Good communication and interpersonal are essential to this role, as well as a passion for customer service and selling.
HOURS OF WORK AND PAY
This is a full time permanent position working minimum of 40 hours a week 5 days out of 7. The hours of work will vary according to business needs and seasonal demand due to the nature of our business. A degree of flexibility is required including some weekend, evening and bank holiday working. We are offering a competitive salary depending on experience.
