Our Festival of Light invites guests to join us on a thrilling odyssey as myths and legends from across the world are brought to life. Filled with extraordinary creatures, ancient deities, magnificent scenery and stunning structures.

To support the event and our Winter season, we have a wealth of fixed term opportunities to join the team and make this year’s Festival of Light even more spectacular than ever. Current vacancies include;

What will I need to be considered for these seasonal vacancies?

Whilst certain vacancies will require specific experiences and skillsets, all of our Festival of Light vacancies have the same requirement in common – an unwavering dedication and passion for providing a first-class guest experience. Have a look over the following requirements; if we’ve described you - then we want to hear from you!
  • Demonstrable customer service experience
  • An abundance of enthusiasm and energy
  • A passion for delivering a great guest experience and willing to go out of your way to do so
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, mature and friendly nature
  • Honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations
  • Flexible to work extra hours / weekends as required

You’ll receive a pay rate that meets / exceeds National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage, in addition to a range of attractive benefits that include;

The successful candidates will be offered fixed-term contracts, with working hours to vary on a 7-day rota basis – earliest rota’d start time from 8am, and latest finish time up to 9pm.

Up to full time hours are available in October and during December. During November, working days will available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Please note, due to the nature of the business evenings and weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.
