ABOUT THE ROLE

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Costa Store based at Longleat. As an Assistant Store Manager you'll be passionate about customer service, love great coffee and be almost fanatical about driving the store forwards. To take accountability for the day to day running of the store and in the Store Manager’s absence ensure that all tasks are completed and manage the stock and order systems for food & consumables ensuring that the store has 100% supply of items for the customer.

ABOUT YOU

 

You will have worked in a fast paced environment and have previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment. Barista trained would be beneficial but is not essential.

 

You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, love great coffee and have a talent for getting the best from your team. You’ll take pride in assisting to manage Costa at Longleat to be able to is opened and closed-adhering to all Costa standards, policies & procedures.

 

 

HOURS OF WORK

This is a full time permanent contract Working 39 hours, 5 days out of 7 with weekend and bank holiday working essential due to the nature of our business.
