ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our busy brigade. You will be responsible for delivering excellent quality food items across all service, ensuring your section is run efficiently, and you will assist in the day to day running of the kitchen. Your food will be produced in line with agreed recipes and standards.
You will be passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products. You will take an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of your section. You will also be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills and have a key focus on detail to deliver outstanding quality and service with 2 rosette experience.
HOURS OF WORK AND PAY
This is a full time permanent position working over 5 out of 7 days. The hours of work will vary according to business needs and seasonal demand due to the nature of our business. A degree of flexibility is required including some weekend, evening and bank holiday working. We are offering a competitive salary depending on experience.
Our ideal candidate will have interest in food production and well as excellent cooking skills with a flexible approach to work to the highest standards at all times.
A level 2 Food Hygiene, Level 2 Diploma in professional Cookery (City & Guilds or ASET or Equivalent), as well as previous experience in a kitchen environment are essential to this role. IT skills and an understanding of profit margins would also be desirable.
