ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our busy team at The Bath Arms, located in Horningsham on the Longleat Estate. The successful applicant will support the restaurant management team in maintaining exceptional standards of service, quality, hygiene, sales and operating procedures.

 

You will ensure the guests' requirements are always met and naturally seek out opportunities to exceed their expectations, ensuring prompt and professional attention. You will supervise the delivery of service, ensuring team compliance in health and safety procedures, and all departmental operating procedures.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent guest service and maintaining the highest standards. You will be knowledgeable on the menu, and be able to help guests with a range of queries. You will be able to work under pressure, maintaining exceptional service standards at the busiest of times. Supervisory experience within a food and beverage operation is desirable.

 

 

HOURS OF WORK

 

This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, on a 5 out of 7 day rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays due to the nature of our business.
