Guest Services Team Member - Summer Seasonal Contract

What will this role of Guest Services Team Member entail?

As a Guest Services Team Member, you’ll deliver an outstanding front-line customer service experience to our guests. Ensuring an efficient, cheerful and courteous service, you’ll respond to all guest queries in person, via e-mail, social media or by telephone, to guarantee the best experience possible.

Where appropriate, you’ll also enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling when engaging with guests and helping them make informed decisions about their visit.

What will I need to be considered for this Guest Services Team Member vacancy?
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, ideally gained within a leisure / attraction style environment
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy, to a minimum level of GSCE grade C
  • Passion for delivering a first-class customer service
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive and enthusiastic outlook
  • Honest, reliable and flexible to work weekends as required
  • Full UK driving licence
Although not essential, cash handling experience would be highly advantageous.

Contract: Fixed term contract to cover the summer season, working hours to vary on a 7-day rota basis – earliest rota’d start time from 9am, and latest finish time up to 8pm.

Please note, due to the nature of the business evenings and weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.

Location: Warminster. Within commutable distance of Bath and surrounding areas.
