We are currently looking for a Reception Supervisor with great customer service skills to join a highly successful team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support the smooth daily operation of the hotel reception, forming strong working relationships with department managers to provide excellent service. Key duties include ensuring a warm, professional welcome is given to each and every guest, facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes, processing guest bills efficiently and accurately, dealing with all enquiries, and undertaking any administration required by the Head Receptionist, whom you will report to. You will monitor the hotel switchboard, ensuring calls are answered and relayed in a helpful and professional manner.
You will be confident and professional, engaging with our guests, and have a willingness to go the extra mile. You will have strong organisational skills, and be able to prioritise effectively. You will also be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills, with good attention to detail to deliver outstanding customer service. Experience in a similar environment is desirable.
HOURS OF WORK
This is a full time permanent position working a minimum of 40 hours a week on a 5 days out of 7 day rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
