An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Attractions Supervisor to join the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Attractions Supervisor will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Attractions Department. This role will require the supervision of the Attractions Team to ensure they have appropriate equipment, training, skills and facilities to perform their duties. You will ensure the team provide a professional service as well as ensuring that company standards are maintained and guest expectations are met within the agreed objectives for the department.

If you have the knowledge and understanding of ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are exceeded whilst ensuring that safety, policy and procedures are not compromised, then this role could be for you.
Our ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or Management experience in a similar role working within events/hospitality/attractions Industry as well as experience of working in a fast-paced customer facing environment. A NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading and IOSH qualification would also be desirable.
A full driving license is an essential requirement in this role.
HOURS OF WORK
This role is available on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, working five out of seven days including Weekends, Evenings and Bank Holidays due to the nature of our business.
