Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa in Warminster is set in 27 acres of established grounds, has 32 bedrooms and many unique period features. We are currently looking for a Receptionist with good customer service skills to join an already established and highly successful team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the reception team you will be responsible for welcoming resident and non-resident guests to the hotel. You will ensure the day-to-day operation of the front desk is undertaken and the guest experience is at the highest quality. You will be responsible for carrying out check in and check outs, maintain the switchboard, handle accommodation, restaurant bookings and payments, and will be advising guests of hotel and local facilities and service and other general administration as requested by the reception manager.
Our ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic with high levels of customer service and good communication skills. You will have the ability to interact with guests and the willingness to go that extra step whilst taking an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of the Reception. You will be an exceptional team player and have a key focus on detail to deliver outstanding customer service.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment preferable although full training will be given to the right candidate.
HOURS OF WORK AND PAY
This is a full time permanent position working minimum of 40 hours a week 5 days out of 7, this will include weekends and bank holidays due to the nature of our business. We offer a competitive rate of pay.
